Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever have unveiled the video to their new single French Press today via Sub Pop’s official YouTube channel.

Set at an event that seems equal parts a celebration as it does a wake, the video was shot in one afternoon by up-and-coming director Jamieson Moore and sees the band take on the role of Wedding Band.

In further RBCF news, the band has confirmed supports for the upcoming The French Press Tour, that will see them take their energetic live show around the country – including one of the last shows to be held at Sydney’s soon-to-be-closed Newtown Social Club.

The band prepares to head stateside in March for their showcases at SXSW and first ever US tour, following a wave of recent praise from the likes of Stereogum, Pitchfork, Flood Mag, not to mention a playlist add on BBC6 and a full page feature in Uncut.

With the impending release of the band’s sophomore EP The French Press on 10th of March, the US tour and a national headline run, it’s shaping up to be a big year for RBCF.
